The lovely garden view room made for a nice stay, and the cooked breakfast was delicious! the bathroom could've been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. 🌻

It all depends on your needs
The location was excellent, just a short drive to Cobham, and there was ample parking available.
The shower pressure was inconsistent, making for a less than ideal experience during my stay.

Warm welcome and lovely garden added charm, but the shared toilet situation created morning rush discomfort.

Charming, homely environment with unique character.
I also found the mattress quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the garden was sadly overgrown and not usable, which detracted from the overall appeal of the property.

The owner's warm welcome truly made my stay special, and the spacious lounge with a great selection of books was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which affected my experience.

the room was unbelievably outdated, and I could feel the springs as I tossed and turned, absolutely horrid! I also expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently they don't care about special treatment. I can't believe the overgrown garden wasn't even usable, just a disgrace! I almost gave them a good review, but couldn’t.

A Peaceful Retreat with Great Hospitality
I had a wonderful one-night stay, with friendly greetings from Charles. The room was immaculate, and I enjoyed a cozy atmosphere while sipping tea from the selection provided. The peaceful garden view added to the charm. Definitely a place I'd return to for the lovely surroundings and warm service!

Had a fantastic time with friends! Our mornings kicked off with a cooked breakfast that was made to order, which was perfect. We explored Twickenham Stadium and a nearby buzzing Italian restaurant. The large car park was a big plus! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy stay with good food and friendly service.
One thing to note is that while we had a great stay, the bathroom could've been brighter, making it feel a bit cold at arrival. Just something to keep in mind while planning your visit.
